BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR USING THE ONLINE SERVICES, YOU HEREBY REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST OF THE AGE OF 18 YEARS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 1. Definition:

“Site" refers to the AdverCity™ website.

"Product" means any product listed on the Site which we agree to supply to you on these terms and conditions.

"Contract" refers to the agreement to purchase any product identified for sale on the AdverCity™ website and the consent to be billed for such a purchase.

2. Membership Eligibility

Becoming a member of AdverCity™ is as easy as submitting your personal information as prompted through our online membership application process. When making an online order with us, we will require further information such as credit card billing address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and associated details. Information submitted to us is deemed to be true, accurate, current and complete. We require our members to at least be of eighteen (18) years old.

3. Purchase Eligibility

Only members can make purchases through the Site. We require our members to at least be of eighteen (18) years old for them to make purchases independently. Members, below eighteen (18) years old, can only do so with the consent of their parent or guardian.

By checking out your item/s in the shopping bag and completing the payment process (an “Order”), you are accepting these Terms and Conditions and the policies adopted by AdverCity™, and representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore Public holidays.

These terms and conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions will apply. Any warranty, condition or other term concerning the Products or Services which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated in the Contract by statute, common law or otherwise (including without limitation any implied term as to quality or fitness for purpose) is hereby expressly excluded.

4. Membership Account

We have the discretion to suspend, terminate and/or reject purchases if it has come to our knowledge and beyond reasonable doubt that information you provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current and incomplete. By being a member of Advercity™, you agree to the following:

Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password;
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password; and
Consent to receive electronic communications from us.

You agree to notify Advercity™ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Advercity™ will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Advercity™ or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

All trademarks, service marks and logos displayed on the Site are the property of AdverCity™ and/or the respective third party proprietors identified in this Site. 6. Colour of Products

At AdverCity™, we have done to the best of our abilities to ensure that the correct colours of products are displayed on our Site. Colours will vary depending on your monitor and may not be accurate. 7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this website. Your continued use of the website following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended.

8. Governing law

By accessing this website and/or using the online services, you agree that such access and/or use, as well as these Terms and Conditions of Access shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

REFUND POLICY

1. Definitions:"Local purchase" refers to any purchase, where delivery is made to an individual inhabiting in Singapore.

2. We accept returns for any reason within ten (10) calendar days from delivery date [twenty (20) days for overseas purchases].

3. All goods must be returned along with a copy of your invoice and with its original package and tags without signs of usage.

4. You have to pay for the postage fees or shipping costs for this kind of return.

5. We will dismiss the returned product if:

The product shows signs of visible use
The product returns without original packaging and/or product tags
The product is damaged as a result of return transport.

6. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, including a shipment refused at time of delivery.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Definitions:

"Children" mean persons who are below the age of thirteen (13) years.

"Site" refers to the AdverCity™ website.

2. AdverCity™ solicits personal information through our Site for internal and logistical purposes only, and does not release personal information to third parties.

3. Collection of Information from Children

We do not collect personal information from children, unless with the knowledge and permission of their parent or guardian. If it has come to our notice that a user is below the age of thirteen (13) years without consent, any personal information collected will be deleted without hesitation.
