Return Policy

REFUND POLICY

1. Definitions:"Local purchase" refers to any purchase, where delivery is made to an individual inhabiting in Singapore.

2. We accept returns for any reason within ten (10) calendar days from delivery date [twenty (20) days for overseas purchases].

3. All goods must be returned along with a copy of your invoice and with its original package and tags without signs of usage.

4. You have to pay for the postage fees or shipping costs for this kind of return.

5. We will dismiss the returned product if:

* The product shows signs of visible use
* The product returns without original packaging and/or product tags
* The product is damaged as a result of return transport.

6. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, including a shipment refused at time of delivery.
