What can I do if the item delivered does not match my order?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will sort it out and revert back to you within the next working day. A Returns Form will be sent to you through e-mail for completion upon verification. The right item(s) will be sent out the following day and the form is to be handed over to the courier agent together with the wrong item.
How do I return an existing item?
From receipt, you have 10 days to decide if you want to return any item (this does not include sale items) within your order. If return has been decided, send us an e-mail and a Returns Form will be sent to you shortly. Please kindly indicate on the form if you want a refund or exchange an item of similar value. Thereafter, the returned item (including the tags and labels intact) must be enclosed with the form, invoice and delivery note.
You can either return your goods using our courier service or you can make your own arrangements. Please kindly indicate to us your preference and we can make the necessary arrangements.
It can take up to additional 7 days from the date when we are notified of any exchange or refund for us to receive your return, depending on which courier or postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
We will keep you informed through e-mail confirming the action we will be taking, as soon as we have verified that the goods are in their original condition.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. However, if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and notify you via e-mail.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

I have bad experiences purchasing from other similar websites/blogs and my order was not fulfilled.
Advercity (Trademark) is a registered entity/company in Singapore. We are governed by the laws of Singapore. Hence, we have responsibilities towards our customers in conducting our businesses. Should you be in doubt, please let us know via email@example.com and we will be glad to respond.
I love a particular label and would very much hope that advercity (Trademark) could bring it in to Asia.

Are we allowed to view the products before purchase?
Currently, we do not have any physcial viewing gallery. However, we are in the midst of exploring this option. Please be patient with us.
How do I purchase a product that has been removed from the advercity website?
We will be glad to assist in searching for the desired product and the task will be made easier if you have a picture of the product and/or the model name. However, without sufficient information, we will unfortunately be unable to render further help.
Nevertheless, please do run through our existing range of products and you might just find something similar to the one you are looking for.
Why are the products priced at such a rate?
The products are entirely handmade from genuine leather in England. We will be caught pant downs if they are not! We definitely would not want that to happen. The products are of the best quality possible!
How can we be contacted?

Also, you may wish to sign up for our newsletter via www.advercity.com.sg. Do not worry, we keep our newsletter frequency to the minimum and do not annoy our customers un-necessarily. Our newsletter contains updates, offers, sales, product preview etc.
How long can we expect orders to be fulfilled?
Typically, orders will be fulfilled within 5 business working days (i.e. Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays. However, we promise to delivery the orders as soon as possible. Please be reminded to indicate a preferred time for delivery and ensure that any person is available to receive the order in the event if you are not at home/unavailable.
What happens if the orders cannot be delivered or no one is available to receive the orders?
The order will then be sent back to us and we will contact you to arrange for another delivery. However, there will be additional charges for re-delivery. Hence, please help us to make the delivery once and we would not want to keep you waiting.
Are the prices displayed inclusive of GST (“Goods and Services Tax”) or VAT (“Value added Tax”)?
The answer is no! You do not pay anything else other than the price stated. Best of all, delivery charges are wavied!
What other payment methods are there?
Currently, we only accept payment via Paypal. Paypal is easy to use and hassle-free. Users do not have to register for any account and can purchase from us instantly.
Can we arrange for installments similar to other websites?
Currently, we do not readily have an installment program in place. However, we are in the midst of exploring this option.
